What are your opening times?

We are open from Monday until Saturday from 10 AM until 7 PM

Are you open on national holidays?

No, on national holidays we are closed.

I have sent an e-mail, when can I expect an answer?

U will always get a reaction within 48 hours.

How can I make an account?

If you have a VAT-number, you can make an account at 4tc.be/en/register

I have just made an account, when will it be accepted?

Your account will be activated within 48 hours. When this happens you will get a confirmation e-mail.

Can I make an account when I don’t have a VAT-number?

No, at this time it is not possible to make an account without a VAT-number.

I forgot my password.

When you’ve forgotten your password, in the Account page you can click “forgot password”. You will get an e-mail with which you can reset your password.

How can I edit my user details?

You can edit your details in your Account

I need an item that isn’t in stock, what can I do?

When an item isn’t in stock, you can contact us. We will check if and when the item will come back in stock.

I have just placed an order, when can I expect it to arrive?

When you order and pay before 5 PM (except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays), your order will be sent the same day. You can expect it within 1 or 2 business days.

Can I have my order delivered at a different address?

Yes you can. All you need to do is fill in a different delivery address when placing your order.

Can I pick up my order in your shop?

Yes, when choosing a shipping method, you can choose for “pick up in shop”. We will prepare your order as quickly as possible so you can pick it up the same day. You can pick up your order during our opening times (mon – sat 10 AM – 7 PM) without making an appointment.

Which payment methods do you use?

On our webshop you can pay with Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home’Pay, PayPal, Bank transfer, iDEAL or SOFORT Banking.

What if the stated delivery time is not met?

In case the stated delivery time is not met due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be informed about this as soon as possible.

Can I still edit or cancel my order after it was placed?

No, as soon as your order is placed, nothing can be changed anymore. If you have made a mistake, we advice you to contact us as quickly as possible by calling us at +32(0)3 325 38 86 or mailing to info@4tc.be.

What are the shipping costs for an order?

The shipping costs for an order to Belgium or The Netherlands are €7,95 if you choose for delivery with PostNL and €11,95 if you choose for UPS.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I make multiple orders within the same day?

No this isn’t necessary. You can call us at +32(0)3 325 38 86 or e-mail to info@4tc.be.

I have received the wrong goods, can I return these for free?

Yes, if you have received the wrong goods you can return them for free, but you’ll have to make a return request first. You can do this in account – orders – your order – return request. When the return request is accepted by us, you can send the goods back to us.

How can I return items?

If you want to return one or more items, you will have to request a return label first. You can do this in account – orders – your order – return request. The return costs are on your behalf.

Can I follow my order?

Yes, when your order has left our shop you will get an e-mail with a track & trace-code with which you can follow your order.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard your order will be delivered with PostNL but you can also choose for delivery with UPS.

What if an item is damaged upon arrival?

If one or more of your items is damaged upon arrival, you need to request a return label within 24 hours of receiving the product and add pictures of the damaged products.

I would like to use my right of withdrawal, what do I have to do?

In case you change your mind and you don’t want the products you ordered anymore, you can request a return label within 14 days. When the goods arrive in our shop unused and in the original packaging, we will send you a credit note. The return costs are to be paid by yourself.

My invoice isn’t right, what do I have to do?

If you notice a mistake in your invoice, you can call us at +32(0)3 325 38 86 or mail to info@4tc.be

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?

A copy of your invoice will be attached to the order confirmation we will send you by e-mail. You can always check your invoices via My account – My orders
